Offshore Source LLC completes the installation of the Diamond Offshore brake system and test, drilling to start week of 1-15-08

Offshore Source LLC receives first offshore draw-works brake order from Diamond Offshore. The complete system comprised of
brake, cooling skid and drillers controls is scheduled for installation on a jackup located in the GOM area.

Approval has been given to develop and test the first Hydrajack to ABS standards, first units will be deployed on the Atlantis Power
LLC "Titian" wind turbine support vessel.

ASME NAMES FINALISTS FOR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AWARD IN OFFSHORE TECHNOLOGY
NEW YORK, Apr. 27, 2004 -- ASME has selected nine finalists for the 21st Annual Woelfel Best Mechanical Engineering
Achievement Award. The award recognizes a product or system that demonstrates a practical solution to an engineering challenge
in offshore technology.
The finalists include: Hydrajack-Jacking System
Judging for the 2004 Woelfel Best Mechanical Engineering Achievement Award will take place at the Offshore Technology
Conference, May 3-6.
The annual conference will bring together engineers, scientists, and other professionals to discuss and demonstrate new ideas in
drilling technology, pipelines, energy production, and related areas.
The Houston-based ASME Petroleum Division is a co-sponsor of the Offshore Technology Conference, which has been held since

Offshore Source LLC annonces today that they have signed a MOU with Shenglie Oilfield Technology Center for the design, test
and production of the first "Hydrajack" jacking system. Under the agreement the two companies will co-develope the system for the
Chinese market.
